Sarah Edwards

Sarah Edwards is a West Virginia native. Born in Beckley, she and her husband Jeff raised their son in Morgantown, WV where she worked in the medical field at  WVU Medicine, Ruby Memorial Hospitals for 10 years.  On the side, she worked alongside her husband in the property management business.  They relocated to Fayetteville, WV in 2018 when they started The Freefolk Brewery. She has enjoyed living in the New River Gorge area and witnessing the growth of outdoor recreation in southern West Virginia. The natural beauty and adventurous spirit of the people in Fayetteville drew Sarah and Jeff here and they knew it was an ideal place to live. She enjoys hiking the local trails, paddle boarding, teaching fitness classes and decorating.

In 2024 Sarah began a new chapter as a real estate agent. Her experience managing the marketing and operations for The Freefolk Brewery has given her invaluable skills when it comes to connecting people with homes they love. Sarah prides herself on providing individualized attention, clear communication, and hard work on behalf of her clients. Sarah understands that buying or selling a home is a big decision, and she is dedicated to making the process as seamless and stress-free as possible.
